At Revive and Wag we allow returns of items purchased within 14 days from the delivery of your order if there is a defect with the product.

As you would be aware Revive and Wag supports the re-use of woollen blankets and some items may have a small marking or piling and these are identifiable prior to purchasing these items, please inspect the photos before purchasing. Unfortunately refunds cannot be issued for these products.

We encourage you to inspect the product/s as soon as you receive it and please do this prior to giving it to your "special pet". Please note at Revive and Wag we personally inspect each item to ensure the product is inspected prior to packing and posting.

The deadline for returns is 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of refund, the product must not have been touched by your pet and you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, ie email us please.

You can inform us of your decision by e-mail at hello@reviveandwag.com We can offer a refund or a credit note to customers.

We cannot issue refunds of any products for the following reasons;

  • Product is a "Clearance or Sale" item; These products are marked with a Clearance or Sale label and are sold at a reduced amount with the understanding that the product/s are non refundable.

  • Product has a small "marking or piling" on the product prior to purchasing; Please view the photos carefully of the product you are interested in.

  • Product is a Personalised; Any product with any personalised or customisation is sold on the understanding the product is non refundable unless the items is defective.

  • Customer has changed their mind;

  • Customer has found a cheaper item;

  • Services already performed; If a service has been entirely performed as agreed with the customer, refunds are not available.

  • If your product has been damaged by your pet or a customers appliance, ie washing machine/dryer etc we cannot provide a refund in these circumstances.

Making a refund/return request:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should contact us asap for a delivery address to return the product.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service, if this service is used this cost will be deducted from the refund amount that we are charged. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Other important details:

If your product is returned to us due to an error by the customer, ie giving the wrong address, we will contact you and you may incur a a resend postage fee.
